You will not receive the product in its original branded bottle or packaging—we do not imply or represent that our decants are official, licensed, or approved by the brands. Our decants are intended for personal use only (not for resale), and while we take care to preserve quality during preparation, we cannot guarantee long-term stability or performance after rebottling due to potential exposure factors. We do not sell, promote, or deal in counterfeit or imitation fragrances under any circumstances.
FRMLA guarantees that every sample or decant is genuine, authentic perfume hand-decanted directly from the manufacturer's bottle. However, we cannot guarantee you'll like it—fragrances are highly personal, and you might even dislike or hate the scent.
All samples are final sale and non-refundable.
We accept returns only for unopened items (outer packaging/box must remain sealed). No refunds or returns for opened/used products due to personal preference.
To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal to submit a return request. You can also contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
